Fine Line? Black & Grey? Color? He’s got you covered. Levi Ethan Morgenstern, Fish to his friends and family, has been tattooing with Levi & Lili (originally Whole Addiction, then Timeless Craft) since 2002. He started tattooing in 1995, apprenticing under Onkel Pete Stuffer (RIP) in Germantown, MD. He helped establish Perforations in Washington DC, in spring 1995, first as a piercer and then moving over to tattooing full-time once his apprenticeship was complete. During this period, Fish completed seminars in fineline portraiture with Jack Rudy and large-scale custom tattooing with Paul Booth. In, 2000, Fish left Perforations to work at Grafixx Tattoo, also in Washington DC, for the next two years. Realizing his future was not in the nation’s Capitol, Fish relocated to South Florida in February 2002. He bounced around a bit until he found his home at Whole Addiction in September 2002.

With almost thirty years in the tattoo industry and over twenty at this studio, Fish has an affinity for fineline black and grey work including illustrative realism, bold color tattooing, and cover-up and repair work. He is more than capable of any style of tattoo you want. He continues to endeavor to constantly improve and add to his skills.

Fish has worn many hats in his long life. He has done a little of everything, including US Navy Hospital Corpsman, club DJ, electronic security specialist, psychiatric technician, painter, and is currently a father, author, shop owner, and tattooer, not necessarily in that order. He has a love of ugly Hawaian shirts. He also bears a passing resemblance to Walter Sobchak in The Big Lebowski.
